This workshop offers a foundational understanding of aromatherapy. It explains, compares and contrasts carrier oils to essential oils as well as explains extraction methods. Learn how to safely blend products while also taking care of oils to maximize their effectiveness.
And that’s not all! Learn everything you need to know about 16 different carrier oils. Sweet Almond oil, Apricot oil, Argan oil, Avocado oil, Coconut oil, Flaxseed oil, Grapeseed oil, Safflower oil, Sunflower oil, Walnut oil, Castor oil, Evening Primrose oil, Jojoba oil, Olive oil, Rosehip Seed oil and Vitamin E oil. You will have the opportunity to see, smell and feel each of these oils before making your own personal blend.
