Aromatherapy is the therapeutic use of essential oils (EOs) to support physical and emotional wellness. In this class, you’ll learn the foundations of aromatherapy, including how essential oils are extracted, their key properties, and how scents may influence the body and mind. We will be focusing on safe, evidence-informed use of EOs, covering proper dilution, application methods, contraindications, and quality selection. By the end, you’ll have gained some practical tools to incorporate aromatherapy into your daily routines for relaxation, stress management, and overall wellness.
