Enjoy an evening of balance and bliss. Join us for Aroma Restorative Yoga where we will take a journey through the chakras during our restorative poses. As we move from position to position, an essential oil will be available to soothe the senses and deepen the connection to the chakra we are focusing on.Yoga, meditation, and essential oils will complete the evening to start your week off balanced and refreshed.
