Welcome to the Aroma Circle 🤍
A gentle space where you can slow down, explore natural scents, and reconnect with yourself.
This experience combines aroma exploration with a light sound journey to support relaxation, clarity, and emotional balance.
🌿 What to expect:
🌸 Aroma testing
Explore a variety of essential oils and notice how different scents affect your mood, body, and inner state
✨ Create your personal resource aroma
You’ll be guided to choose and combine scents into a personal blend that supports your desired state
🌊 Gentle sound bath
A light, calming sound experience to help you relax and integrate the aromatic experience
🤍 Supportive group space
A respectful and welcoming environment where you can feel at ease (sharing is always optional)
This is a non-clinical wellness experience.
It is not therapy or counselling, but a supportive space for relaxation, self-exploration, and sensory awareness.
Taking time to slow down and connect with your senses can help restore balance and bring more calm into your daily life.
You are welcome exactly as you are.

• Yoga mat and blanket (optional, for your comfort — mats are available at the studio)
