Eva Pau

Eva Pau is best known as the friendly face behind Eva Pau’s Asian Kitchen on RTÉ One, where she brings the vibrant flavours of Asian cooking into Irish homes with warmth, ease, and a sense of fun. Passionate about making authentic dishes approachable, Eva has become a trusted voice for home cooks who want to explore Asian cuisine without feeling intimidated.

Focus of the Cooking Demonstration:

Celebrate the flavours of summer with two vibrant Asian dishes full of fresh, bold flavours. Eva will demonstrate how to make Vietnamese Lemongrass Chicken Noodle Salad - a light and refreshing dish with herbs, crunchy vegetables, rice noodles and tangy dressing - and Jeyuk Bokkeum, a spicy Korean pork stir-fry packed with smoky, sweet and fiery flavours. Served with rice, kimchi and crisp lettuce leaves, these dishes are perfect for relaxed summer dining and sharing with friends.
