Arms Around AFG

Join us for Arms Around AFG, a special gathering during Domestic Violence Awareness Month to stand together in support, remembrance, and hope.
Together, we will uplift the AFG team members who support survivors every day, celebrate the strength and resilience of survivors, and honor the lives of those lost to domestic violence.
We invite everyone attending to wear purple in recognition of Domestic Violence Awareness Month and as a visible show of support for survivors.
We will also host a Household Essentials Drive to support survivors and families transitioning into safe and stable housing. Donations of bedding, towels, kitchen supplies, cleaning products, toiletries, and other household necessities can help turn a new space into a safe, comfortable home.
Together, we’re wrapping our arms around our staff, survivors, families, and community to remind them they are seen, supported, and never alone.
