This is a 'fun ruck' which are great to meet or catch up with other ruckers or introduce people to rucking. We will take a casual stroll with maybe a dash of some ruck exercises and finish up back at start for an adult beverage or two.
Great chance to learn about and share GORUCK experiences.
This is aproximently 2 miles at a 'casual' (where you can still talk to each other) pace.
All you need is yourself, comfortable clothes and shoes and a ruck (backpack of some type) with some weight (bricks, books, water bottles, etc) that you feel comfortable carrying in it.
Like, Invite and SHARE (because we all know sharing is caring).
