In this seminar, you will learn the full 7 parts to the arm snake, and all associated applications. The arm snake exercise will help you build solid applicable structure. For striking, grappling, locking and choking.

In the first hour we will cover:
Practical alignments of horse and second stances.
Three star forearm conditioning.
Internal alignments of all seven parts to the armsnake exercise.
How to practice and complete the armsnake program.

In the second hour we will cover:
How to apply all seven parts of the armsnake to various martial art techniques.
Prerequisite positions and strategies to apply them.

After successfully completing the arm snake program you will have the option to test and be certified to teach this program and applications for no additional fee, on completing the program you will also receive a super cool t-shirt stamped with artwork by yours truly!
