What to Expect

Arm balances and inversions can feel intimidating, but they don't have to be. Led by the wonderful Lindy W., this 2-hour workshop breaks down the physics of flight into digestible, approachable steps.

We will shift the focus away from "muscle-ing" our way up and instead focus on core engagement, proper alignment, and clever weight distribution.

In this workshop, you will explore:

  • The Foundations: Key anatomy, wrist health, and shoulder stability exercises to prep your body.
  • Core & Mechanics: How to tap into your center of gravity to make lifting up feel effortless.
  • Step-by-Step Progressions: Safe entry and exit strategies for poses ranging from Crow Pose (Bakasana) to more advanced variations and inversions.
  • The Mental Game: Overcoming the fear of falling and building genuine trust in your own strength.

Who Is This For?

This workshop is open to all levels of yogis who want to challenge themselves!

  • Beginners working toward their very first Crow Pose will get the foundational breakdown they need.
  • Intermediate/Advanced practitioners will learn subtle alignment refinements and progressions to level up their current practice.

Note: A basic familiarity with standard yoga poses (like Downward Facing Dog and Plank) is recommended.
