Join Abby J. for this special workshop, which will provide you a foundation on which to stand... on your hands! We'll kick things off with a yoga flow to prepare the body and the mind. After that, Abby will guide you through the basic foundations of arm balances. Students will learn how to access these postures both inside and outside the studio space. Be prepared to play, explore, learn and have fun! Cost is $15 per student, and you can pre-register at the front desk or under the "Workshops" tab on our app. See you there!
