Join us June 15 at IMPACT Arlington when we discuss how to evaluate real estate deals to make more money and avoid costly financial mistakes.There are a lot of different ways to making money in real estate investing. At the root of all of them are certain fundamentals critical to your success no matter the path you take. One of those foundational principles is the ability to evaluate deals. Thursday, June 15 we will discuss the factors involved in evaluating potential RE Investments. By attending, you will become better prepared with the analytical knowledge and confidence you need to make offers and realize greater profits. We will help you eliminate the fear of “running your numbers” by providing the information you need to:
· Calculate a property’s value
· Conduct a property visit
· Establish important minimum deal terms
· Determine the amount you should offer based on different exit strategies

About the Speaker:
Tony Jardieu, co-organizer of IMPACT Arlington and Waco, and his business partners have participated in hundreds of real estate transactions. Tony retired from a long career in banking and leveraged his expertise in financial/credit analysis, lending, and appraisals to establish his real estate investing companies. Tony and his wife, Cyndee, have experienced considerable success building rental and owner finance portfolios.
