Don’t miss “Jacksonville’s Grooviest Home Tour” October 11-12, 2025. In its 9th year, the Arlington Mod & More Home Tour presented by the Northeast Florida Association of Realtors features some of the NE Florida’s coolest Mid-Century Modern and historic homes.
Guests will have the opportunity to tour eight homes from quirky to fabulous, quaint beauties to riverfront estates while they experience Arlington’s unique neighborhoods, built in the 1950s, 60s 70s and 80s. We also have a special bonus – tour goers will experience a 1950s Fallout Shelter! We'll also have classic cars of the era at several homes.
The 2025 Feature Home was named a "Five Star Home" and highlighted in the July 1957 issue of Better Homes & Gardens magazine. The architect , E.G. Hamilton, won a Texas Society of Architects Design Award for the home design.
Check in and pick up your Home Tour Guide at Historic Norman Studios 6337 Arlington Road, Jacksonville, FL 32211. A tour of this National Historic Landmark is included with your ticket purchase.
This five-building complex is the sole studio remnant of Jacksonville's heyday as the Winter Film Capital of the World.
The Arlington Mod & More Home Tour is Saturday, October 11, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Sunday, October 12, from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. Tickets are $25 (fees additional). Children under 12 are free.
The event benefits Old Arlington, Inc. (OAI). Founded in 1993, OAI is committed to the preservation and revitalization of Arlington, one of Jacksonville’s most historically significant communities.
