ARLENE & Madrai live in Whelans with support from Azure.
Hailing from Roscommon, ARLENE is a rising singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist making waves in the Irish music scene. Her sound is a
distinctive blend of indie-pop and alt-rock, fused with experimental beats that push genre boundaries.
ARLENE gained national and international recognition in 2020 with her breakout single ‘Send Me Any Sign’, earning a spot as one of BBC Radio Introducing’s “Top 5 Artists of the Week”. Her follow-up track ‘somebody else’ solidified her momentum, making her “Artist of the Month” across
several Irish radio stations including ‘Cork’s 96FM’, ‘Q102’, ‘LMFM’, and ‘Limerick’s Live 95’.
After taking a step back to write and refine her craft, ARLENE returned in 2024 with ‘Longshot’ — a bold new release already garnering radio support in the UK and Canada. Her latest single ‘racing minds’ was awarded ‘Track of The Week’ by SPIN SW radio presenter Katie Sheehan.
With performances at major Irish venues like Whelan’s, The Workman’s Club, and The Sound House, and festival appearances at Night & Day, Electric Picnic, K-Fest, TNBT, and Whelan’s Ones to Watch, ARLENE has built a reputation for electrifying live shows and genre-defying sets.
Unapologetically bold and creatively fearless, ARLENE is one of Ireland’s most compelling new voices — and she’s just getting started.

Madrai are a pop-rock powerhouse from Northern Ireland, turning raw emotion into massive, hook-filled anthems.
Blending soaring vocal harmonies, groove-driven guitars, and lush arrangements, the four-piece channel the energy of Inhaler, Kings of Leon, Bricknasty, and John Mayer — but with a sound that’s unmistakably their own.
Their 2024 debut Leaving on My Own earned praise from Hot Press, Chordblossom, and Rock n’ Load, landing them a NI Music Prize nomination for Single of the Year. Last year saw them win the Rockshore Battle of the Bands and headline the Empire Music Hall.
In 2025, Madraí sold out Lavery’s for their Turn It Around single launch, played to a Huge crowd at Féile Rocks Pride at City Hall, sold out Runda Studios, and earned extensive radio support from BBC, Blast 106, and Clare FM, plus features on RTÉ.
Their debut EP ‘What I’m Doing This For’ drops 12 Sept, and Irish tour dates are now on sale for Autumn 2025.

Dublin-based AZURE (Sam Jones, Seán Woods, Evanael, Devin Hanson, and Sam Parcon) emerged into the college alternative music scene in late 2023. Originally starting as a few friends playing music, the band found themselves striving for more. Taking from the group’s various influences, ranging from the rock and indie sounds of the Red Hot Chili Peppers and Arctic Monkeys, to mellow reggae, to pop and disco from the Sugababes and Nile Rogers, the band’s discography contains a track for everyone to enjoy.
The band’s debut EP, Casa Del Dáil, was released in April 2024, containing fan-favourite tracks, such as singles Leave It Out and Getaway, as well as new tracks Soul Stricken Misfit Black and She, showcasing “a wisdom in arranging and playing beyond their years”, according to Rohan Healy of Beardfire Music.
With their early gigs in Fibber Magee’s to more recently performing in Drogheda and Galway, as well as headlining a sold-out Trinity Arts Festival in the Sound House and Whelan’s Upstairs, the band have honed their craft, bringing a powerful energy to each and every show. AZURE are working on their sophomore EP “The Girl from the Posters”, releasing February 2025. The first single “Sick City” is available now. More to be revealed on their instagram (@azureband).
