Come raise a glass to the Americana roots of the Natural State! In honor of the statue unveiling of Arkansas's native-son, Johnny Cash, in Statuary Hall inside our nation's Capitol the following week, we're celebrating the Arkansas artists and music and the Americana roots of the Natural State. Arkansas laid the groundwork for Americana music - producing such icons as Levon Helm, Sister Rosetta Tharpe, Al Green, Glen Campbell, Louis Jordan and many more. Arkansas artists and music will be featured at Sidebar inside the Downtown Nashville Bode Hotel, conveniently located within walking distance to all of the major sites and sounds of Downtown Nashville. Full bar and food are available.
