- Halibut Peruvian Ceviche: leche de tigre, aji-mango gelee, fresno chilis, granny smith apple, blue corn tostada
- Roasted Garden: baby carrots, squash, mushroom, cauliflower, brown butter brioche, cilantro-jalapeno hummus, roasted garlic oil
- Drunken Goat Salad: mixed greens, mango, blueberries, heirloom cherry tomatoes, cucumber, drunken goat cheese, candied pecans, pomegranate vinaigrette
Entrée: Choice of One:
- Ricotta Gnocchi: sweet potato, roasted cauliflower, candied walnuts, kale, asparagus crispy quinoa, lemon sour cream, pea puree
- Pan Seared Halibut: zucchini puree, red quinoa, carnival cauliflower, aji-mango sauce
- Membrillo Half Chicken: house brined half chicken, sonoran bacon-potato salad, roasted cauliflower, quince glaze, salsa verde
- Braised Short Rib: mesquite polenta fries, summer squash, pearl onions, pomegranate gremolata, pomegranate beef gravy
