Carleton audiences may remember Ariana Nasr & Curtis Thorpe, from their popular Édith Piaf-themed Valentine’s Day performances. On Sunday, February 15th, the duo returns to The Carleton with their signature show: an eclectic mix of French chanson, jazz, and world music, featuring Ariana’s riveting vocals and soprano saxophone and Curtis’ one-man-band of guitar, harmonicas, and percussion. Expect to hear favourites from Édith Piaf, Jacques Brel, Dave Brubeck, Nina Simone, as well as classics from around the world.Show time is 7 PM and tickets are $30+ HST.
