Argus (Workspace ONE UEM Diagnostic Tool) Demo

This session will provide a demo of Argus, a light weight utility developed by the VMware Global Support Solution Architects, which allows both customer administrators and VMware support engineers to identify a wide range of potential issues/problem areas within a Workspace One UEM environment.

We will explore how to use Argus with minimal input to run checks and review output that identifies the presence of issues and gain access to the info for mitigation. Successful use of the tool can help reduce troubleshooting overhead and has the benefit of highlighting potential issues within an environment before a direct impact on production arises.
