Join me for a series of three focused technique sessions open to both leaders and followers of all levels. These classes emphasize key aspects of solo tango technique, helping you refine your own movement and, ultimately, enhance your partner dance.
Program:
Class 1 - 4.12: Standing Leg vs. Free Leg – Learn to build your axis for improved balance and comfort, allowing more control and freedom in your free leg.
Class 2 - 11.12: Pivots – Explore different sources of impulse and methods to achieve clean, effective pivots.
Class 3 - 18.12: Giros – Master the art of turning in Argentine Tango with exercises designed for both roles.

About me:
Nadia is a dancer, a dancer teacher, a certified GYROKINESIS® method trainer, an entrepreneur and a PhD in international law (Univ. of Helsinki 2020). She is the main person behind Abrazo Tango. She has been dancing for over 17 years and is able to both lead and follow and teach both roles. In her work she collaborates with different dancers from Finland and abroad. She has taught in Chile, Sweden, Estonia and Finland, where she currently resides and teaches regular lessons. She has sought to complement her tango skills with the regular practice of other disciplines that focus on body movement, such as pilates, yoga and Gyrokinesis (click here to see more about her work with the Gyrokinesis method). In 2022, Nadia was finalists in the UK Argentine Tango Championship, official preliminary of the World Cup.
