A different kind of date night - join us for our launch event!
Switch up your usual date night routine, and learn the basics of dancing Argentine Tango together in a relaxed, welcoming setting among other couples. Beginner friendly and no experience or dancing background needed.
How did this get started?
Kevin and Tania have been dancing tango for many years, and in the Charlotte tango community for 3 years. We thought it would be good to offer couples in Charlotte an interesting and unique type of date activity - a beginners Argentine Tango class, focusing on connection and non verbal communication between partners! Join us for our inital launch events in July!
Structure
The first 1-1.5 hours or so will be a structured lesson, followed by 30-45 minutes of guided practice and socializing.
You and your date will be guided through the basics and fundamental concepts in Argentine Tango, which revolve around connection, intention, and music. Expect a fun, social atmosphere with wine, beer, and food available for purchase at the bar, and plenty of time to laugh, move, and try something new together.

It is designed for couples looking for a memorable night out, whether you are celebrating something special, planning a first date, or just want to break out of the usual dinner-and-drinks routine.
Attire

Come dressed comfortably but nicely, bring your date, and leave with a new shared skill, and maybe a little more chemistry!
Entry & Tickets
We only have 1 type of ticket - a couples ticket which grants entry to both partners in a couple!

Refunds at the discretion of organizer. Refunds will not be considered for last minute cancellations less than 24 hours before the event.
