Ardhnareshwar

A Shakti Circle of Bhakti for Shiva

In the Sacred Month of Sawan

There are seasons when nature herself becomes prayer.

Sawan is one such season.

The rains soften the earth, rivers swell with life, and hearts instinctively turn towards Shiva. It is a time when longing ripens into devotion and silence begins to speak.

Ardhnareshwar is an invitation for women to gather in that sacred remembrance.

Hosted by Sagrieka Mittal (Ishqaa), this is an afternoon where Bhakti becomes song, mythology becomes self-discovery, movement becomes meditation, and silence becomes the deepest form of prayer.

Together we shall sing beloved Shiva bhajans, immerse ourselves in the timeless wisdom of Shiva and Shakti, and contemplate their stories, not merely as mythology, but as reflections of our own inner journey.

As the afternoon unfolds, all of us dressed in white , we shall surrender into a deeply restorative Moon Gong Sound Meditation, allowing the primordial vibrations of sacred sound to quiet the mind and awaken the stillness that has always lived within.

Whether you wish to sing, dance, meditate, close your eyes in silence, or simply sit and receive, this circle welcomes you exactly as you are.

This is not a gathering to learn and remember Shiva it is to invoke him

within.

What to Expect

Soulful Bhakti singing to timeless Shiva hymns

Gentle devotional movement and meditation

Stories of Shiva and Shakti shared through a contemplative lens

Reflections on surrender, sacred love and inner stillness

A deeply immersive Moon Gong Sound Journey

A sacred sisterhood of women walking the path of devotion

Warm high tea shared together before we part

How You Can Participate

Come as the Prayer

Let your voice rise with the bhajans.

Let your body sway if it wishes.

There are no steps to perfect and nothing to perform.

Only your presence is enough.

Come as the Stillness

If your devotion wishes to remain silent, honour that too.

Allow the music, the stories and the Moon Gong to move through you.

Sometimes the deepest Bhakti is simply listening.

About Sagrieka Mittal (Ishqaa)

Sagrieka Mittal (Ishqaa) is a Sufi-Bhakti facilitator, spiritual mentor, poet, Vedic astrologer and sound healer whose work gently weaves together devotion, mysticism and inner transformation.

For over a decade, she has been creating sacred spaces where seekers reconnect with themselves through Bhakti, Sama, Whirling Meditation, sound healing, contemplative dialogue and poetry.

Her gatherings are less about teaching and more about remembrance, inviting people to experience the Divine not as a distant idea, but as a living presence within.

An Invitation from Ishqaa

If your heart has been whispering the name of Shiva

Come.

If your prayers have outgrown words

Come.

If you have spent too long carrying the world and forgotten what it feels like to simply rest in the Divine

Come.

Let us sing until devotion overflows.

Let us become still until silence begins to sing.

And perhaps, somewhere between a Shiva mantra and the sound of the Moon Gong, you will remember that the Shiva you have been seeking has never been outside you.

He has always been waiting within.

I look forward to sharing this sacred Sawan afternoon with you.

With love,

Sagrieka Mittal (Ishqaa)
