About this Event
The Ardgroom Swim 2024 takes place on Saturday August 17th 2024, at 2 pm.
There are two swim distances - 4km, and 400m.
You do not have to be a Swim Ireland member, but if you plan to swim the 4 km distance you must have completed a 3km swim this year!
You can wear wetsuit or skins.
Register at the small car park at Glenbeg Lake between 12:00 and 1:00 pm.
The safety briefing (all swimmers must attend) is at 1:20 pm.
The 4km swim starts at 2:00 pm. The 400m swim starts 5 minutes later.
No entries on the day.
A full briefing document will be emailed the week before the swim.
