(ARD) Sixth District Winter Gathering 2024

Greetings to All Elders, Pastors, Regional Administrators, and Laity,

We are pleased to invite you to the 2024 Winter Gathering, hosted by Bishop Thomas L. Brown and Dr. Louise Baker Brown, on Saturday, December 14, at 8:30 AM. The event will be held at the Anderson Conference Center (5171 Eisenhower Pkwy Suite D, Macon, GA 31206) and will be an in-person gathering only. Reverend Dr. Lindsey P. Napier, Sr., will serve as the Host Pastor and Presiding Elder.

5:30 PM – 6:30 PM: The Joint Boards of Finance will be available for Regional Financial Reporting and pre-registrations at Bethel CME Church (1668 Pio Nono Avenue, Macon, GA 31204).

6:30 PM: MANDATORY meeting for all Pastors with Bishop Brown.

-- Dr. Louise Baker Brown invites ministers' spouses, widows, and widowers to join her for fellowship.

Registration Information

All attendees must register to participate in the Winter Gathering. The registration fee is $50 per person; there is no fee for children and youth under 18. The general session will be held in person only. To register, please visit the Sixth District website: www.6thdistrictcme.org.

Important Registration Reminders:

If you pre-register via Eventbrite, the registration fee is $50.00, plus a $5.20 processing fee, for a total of $55.20. There is no fee for children and youth (17 and under).

If you have paid $50.00 to your Elder, you must still register online. When registering, select "Enter promo code," input Gathering24, and click "APPLY." The Joint Board of Finance will confirm your payment with your Elder to secure your admission. If your payment has not been confirmed, you will be required to complete registration on-site.
