Join ARCWERX for three days of training and networking that will cover the fundamentals of innovation by introducing you to the tools, processes, methods, partners and resources needed to develop and sustain a Spark Cell.

Tuesday, May 2nd:

Innovation Fundamentals course designed to ignite the Intrapreneur in every airman. This one-day course will help airmen develop an "intrapreneurs" mindset as well as introduce you to the Lean Startup Method which is a great framework for solving problems based on customer feedback.

Wednesday, May 3rd:

A group discussion among Wings from the New England Region on how to build a regional innovation network that shares best practices, map out regional resources, and find opportunities for investing in human capital.

Thursday, May 5th:

A full day of introductions to resources that will be able to help your wing advance it's innovation projects and build a robust innovation ecosystem.
