Archives Drop-In: Our Space

This month’s drop-in display will feature collections relating to women's spaces across the borough, relating to the Our Space exhibition at Islington Museum.

The exhibition explores how urban environments can uniquely affect women’s feelings of safety, impact their mental health, and shape how women move in and through the world.

This drop-in collections display will feature posters, ephemera, photographs and press clippings offering insight into Islington's spaces for women. From community groups to healthcare services, you will learn about how these spaces have provided a sanctuary for the borough's women to gather, socialise and campaign.
