Architects of Air - Luminarium
About this Event
For one weekend only, Architects of Air's internationally acclaimed Luminarium arrives in Victoria Park as part of The Point Is Portsmouth, Crying Out Loud's city-wide programme celebrating Portsmouth100.
Step inside an extraordinary world of light, colour and architecture, where a breathtaking maze of illuminated domes and winding passages creates an ever-changing sensory experience. As daylight moves across the sky, the atmosphere continually evolves, meaning no two visits are ever quite the same.
Suitable for all ages, the Luminarium invites visitors to wander at their own pace through this immersive artwork before exploring one of Portsmouth's oldest and best-loved public parks.
Whether you're discovering it for the first time or returning for another visit, every journey through the Luminarium is unique.

What visitors should know before arriving
Advance booking is recommended to secure your preferred time slot. Walk-up visitors are always welcome, although during busy periods you may need to wait until space becomes available.
If you have booked a ticket, please arrive 10 minutes before the start of your session. Late arrivals may need to wait until space becomes available.
We recommend wearing socks, as shoes must be removed before entering.
Visitors are welcome to explore at their own pace. During particularly busy periods, we may ask visitors to keep their visit to around 20 minutes so everyone has the opportunity to enjoy the experience.
