Archetype Boxing Club (Introduction to Boxing Clinic)

For all of those interested in Boxing for either fitness or hobby, this will be a great opportunity to learn the basics in a slow paced foundational class.

Our goal is to prepare those interested in Archetype Boxing Club for our weekly group sessions. In the session, we will go over the following:

1. Basic hand wrapping tutorial
2. Boxing Stance and posture
3. Basics of how to shift weight and rotate when punching
4. Basic punching combinations and our 1-10 punching system
5. Basics of how to hit the heavy bag, speed bag, and double end bag

**We have all the equipment you need for class, just bring comfortable tennis shoes.
