In this workshop, participants ages 8+ will learn the fundamentals of how to make basic stone tools. Activities in the lab will teach participants how to think like an archaeologist and about the history of the indigenous peoples of Georgia.* This workshop will be led by Megan Kilgore, a 5th year anthropology PhD candidate at Emory University and assisted by Tellus Science Museum educators.

Advance registration open to members only until Friday, June 4, 2021. Registration closes at noon on Thursday, June 17, 2021 or when the workshop reaches maximum capacity. Advance registration is required; limited space available. Children must be accompanied by a paying adult. Cancellation policy: 48 hours before for full refund.
