Welcome to the Arcane Horizon Charity Art Gala page! After the success of the first gala last year, which saw nearly $10,000 raised for @arcanehorizoncommunity, we are excited to bring back the event bigger than ever!
On November 9th, 2024, we will be hosting the charity art gala at the Forks (main building, second floor, room 201) from 6-9 PM. The art gala will feature work from 16 Winnipeg-based established visual artists, intermixed with works from the Arcane Horizon Artists Group who have been receiving classes by our non-profit partner ArtBeat Studio Inc. (@artbeatstudio). Graffiti Gallery (@graffitiartprog) has generously donated their space to offer the art classes in.
All artworks will be available for purchase via auction, with at least 50% of the proceeds being donated to Arcane Horizon’s mission and vision. Many artists will be on-site to discuss their works with patrons. Food and beverages will be supplied by Forks vendors and the Common, and there will also be a special performance from the Luminous String Quartet.
This year we will be raising funds towards repairs and upgrades to our support homes, in which we’ve identified expenses of at least $150,000. Please visit our website at www.arcanehorizon.org.
