Come join Arcadia collative Detroit's first set of Fashion workshops!
These intuitive workshops are aimed at helping curve the rise of fast fashion and making clothing accessible for all. This month's workshop is focused on Alterative fashion, what it is, Where to find it and how you can do alterations to clothing you already have to turn it into a awesome piece of alt clothing.
$15 entry fee at the door, payable by cash, cash app, PayPal ect.

A note book or way to take notes
Any clothing you are currently working on
Inspo photos
Basic sewing kit ( Can be purchased at online, any dollar store, craft store or Department store.
This month's presenter is @RagingFireCosplay ( Dane )
Dane is has been in the fashion community for over 15 years. Specializing in Alt fashion, Upcycled clothing, Cosplay and Creature costumes. They have modeled for several brands, Guested in several craftsmanship competitions and more.
As a reminder, this is a sober space. No alcohol please! It's safer and better without it.
No touching other people or their things without asking. Consent is sexy! Rules are posted in multiple places around the venue! Any rule breaking will be subject to being banned from the venue permanently.
