During the second annual Arcade Olympics on November 19th and 20th, Arcade Monsters will be open for 48 hours. There will be over 30 vendors, a cosplay contest, anime art contest, 10 live music performances, anime karaoke, guest cosplayers, raffles, and more. Each and all tournaments have cash prizes.
Cost:
⁃ $25 for 24hrs of unlimited gameplay and access to all events on each day. Tickets can still be purchased on EventBrite (link in bio) or on both days of the event.
⁃ If you will be competing in a tournament, the cost will be $7 for each entry. This is to be paid no later than 1hr before the commencement of each tournament. There is no experience required to participate in any tournaments as we will have varying skill levels.
Details:
⁃ Anime Art Contest entries will open Friday, 11/19 at 5pm and close at 9pm on Saturday (11/20). Submissions must be brought to Arcade Monsters in physical form. Winners will be announced at 11:59pm on Saturday 11/20.
⁃ Vendor section info: Setup starts at 3pm on Friday (11/19) with the vendor section opening at 5:00pm. Setup on Saturday (11/20) starts at 10am with the vendor section opening up at 11:00am. The Vendor section will close by midnight on both nights (11/19 & 11/20). Vendors are responsible for their own tables and any/all booth accessories. This event is free to registered vendors.
⁃ For those not competing, there will be hundreds of the best games on the planet available for 48 straight hours, many amazing vendors, performers, entertainment, and plenty of food and drink options for everyone to enjoy. And enjoy we will. Can’t wait to see you, Monster Nation!
