Get ready for an epic overnight adventure where fun meets real-life skills! 🧰 During this exciting event, Girl Scouts will learn how to stay safe and confident when they're caring for younger kids. From handling emergencies like a pro to discovering tips for starting their own babysitting business, this experience is packed with everything they need to know!
Throughout the training, participants will complete the requirements for the American Red Cross Babysitting Certification, along with Pediatric First Aid, CPR and AED. They'll also earn their official Babysitter badge to show off their new skills. This event isn't just about learning-it's about building confidence, leadership, and having an amazing time with fellow Girl Scouts. ✨
To earn the certifications, you must be a 7th grade Cadette or older, arrive on time, and stay for the full class. So bring your sleeping bag, your energy, and your Girl Scout spirit. We're about to level up your babysitting game in one unforgettable night! (All adults in attendance must be registered members and have completed a Girl Scout background check.)
