Arboretum Hill Club (free Friday fitness for everyone forever)

AHC meets EVERY Friday at 6:29am at the Dominion Arboretum for a FREE 31 minute workout. We use the natural beauty of the Arbo and incorporate the hills, the trails, the trees, the rocks, and more into our fun, inclusive, supportive workout.

All ages welcome. All fitness levels welcome. All dogs welcome.

November 1, 2022 to March 31, 2023: we meet in the parking lot of Fletcher Wildlife Garden in the Dominion Arboretum (100m south of the roundabout off of Prince of Wales Drive)

April 1, 2023 to October 31, 2023: we meet at the summit of Dominion Arboretum hill (take the roundabout off of Prince of Wales Drive). Parking is FREE, but it's at the main Arboretum parking lot (make a left at the fork).
