About this Event
Celebrate Arbor Day at the Extension Botanic Gardens! Arborists, tree experts, and Master Gardeners will give quick tips and demonstrate proper tree planting. All are welcome! Please see the agenda below as this event will involve moving through the Botanic Gardens:
10:00 A.M. - Event begins in courtyard, quick tips are given by tree experts
10:30 A.M.- Master Gardener Docents lead all attendees to the planting site, pointing out and introducing trees of interest along the way
11:00 A.M.- Attendees arrive at planting site and tree planting begins
12:00 P.M. - Planting finishes, further quick tips are offered
Please register for this event as space is limited! The Extension Botanic Gardens are located off the 215 Windmill exit. Parking in at the front of the office building is encouraged as the event will begin in the courtyard.
