Celebrate the Halloween season with your family at Cylburn Arboretum's annual "ArBOOretum" event. This family-friendly gathering features guided moonlit nature walks, spooky trails, and memorable moments in front of the historic Cylburn mansion, all decorated in Halloween splendor. The event is designed to be candy-free to prevent wrappers from littering the grounds; instead, every visitor will receive a glowstick. Activities include a spooky nature trail, seasonal crafts, creepy games, free face painting, and two night hikes at 6:00 pm (ideal for young families) and 6:30 pm (in the dark; no strollers please). Food vendors for Thursday include Mr. Souvlaki, Mexican on the Run, Royal Sauce, and BCRP Sweets & Drinks. On Friday, Mexican on the Run, Royal Sauce, and BCRP Sweets & Drinks will be available. Tickets are $5 plus Eventbrite fees for general admission in advance and $10 at the door. No refunds are available. Tickets are only valid for the date purchased. If you wish to attend both evenings, separate tickets are required. Children aged 2 years and under receive free admission.
