AR-15 Bench Top Build CourseWhether you’re a first-time owner or a seasoned shooter, there is no better way to understand your rifle than to build it yourself. Stop buying "off the shelf" and start building for the bench.
Join us for The Bench Top Build: AR-15 Assembly, a comprehensive, 4-6 hour intensive workshop where you go from a pile of parts to a fully functional, test-fired rifle.
Build It. Own It. Understand It.
This isn't just a "how-to" session; it’s a deep dive into the mechanics of the AR-15 platform. Under the guidance of an expert instructor, you will master the assembly of both the upper and lower receivers, ensuring every pin, spring, and torque spec is exactly where it needs to be.
In this class, you will cover:
Part Selection: Learn how to navigate the sea of components to choose the best barrels, triggers, and BCGs for your specific needs.
Lower Assembly: Master the fire control group, pivot pins, and the buffer system, etc.
Upper Assembly: Properly time your barrel nut, align your gas block, and install muzzle devices.
The Armorer’s Toolkit: Learn the "why" behind headspace gauges, torque wrenches, and specialized lubricants.
What’s Included?
You bring your AR-15 parts kit and lower receiver—we provide everything else. We supply all the professional-grade tools, gauges, and lubricants required to complete a duty-grade build.
No "workspace" required—bring your parts to our bench, and we’ll provide the expertise.
A rifle isn't finished until it’s proven. At the end of the class, we will head to the range to function-check and test-fire your new build. You’ll leave the classroom not just with a rifle, but with the confidence that it was built right.
Class Details:
Duration: 4–6 Hours
