AR/CARBINE: SKILLS & DRILLS

Come join us for a great day of AR/Carbine shooting and fundamental development. This class focused on running basic to intermediate drills to enhance and develop your shooting fundamentals. We will have multiple drills and some great instruction focused on precision, fundamentals, tactics, movement, positional shooting and more.

This class is designed for those with some experience shooting an AR style rifle, this is not for brand new shooters. However if you have a basic understanding of the firearm, can operate it efficiently and safely, than come on out!

Students will need their own AR style rifle, a sling, 3 magazines (min) and a magazine pouch/holder of some fashion, eye/ear protection, as well as 400 rounds of factory ammunition. (No green tip / steel penetrating). Recommended but not required: knee pads, hat, chair.

This class takes place at an outdoor range and will be held, rain or shine. This class does involve movement, and positional shooting, and will require standing for a long period of time.

This course is taught by Dan Gaskin, a retied Police Officer, and SWAT Operator. Dan has taught firearms and tactics for over a decade to both Law Enforcement and civilian students and provides instruction based on defensive and tactical standards, life experience, and real world application.
