Thermae Bath Spa is participating in the reBalance Bath Festival of Wellness on Wednesday 11th of February. As one of the UNESCO Great Spa Towns of Europe, we are delighted to continue our longstanding contribution towards the health and wellbeing of visitors.
Explore mind, body and soul with expert teacher Bex Bridgeford for a morning of Aquasana in our Rooftop Pool followed by a two hour spa session with use of a towel and robe.
Aquasana includes classic yoga postures combined with gentle tai chi and invigorating karate moves in the spa's mineral-rich waters. It works through flowing sequences that stretch and tone the body, increasing flexibility whilst relieving tension in an energetic and balanced full-body workout. This class harnesses the healing properties of the waters, leaving you feeling cleansed, rejuvenated and grounded.
The Aquasana class at Thermae Bath Spa are £55 per session and includes a two-hour spa session after the class.
