About this Event

Join me in this cozy, intimate setting as we begin the Aquarian moon cycle with a pause to go inward and set intentions aligned to your unique innovative & authentic energy. You will experience gentle yoga, breathwork, mantra, mudra, and yoga Nidra. The session will end with a soothing Sound Therapy consisting of the Crystal Quartz singing bowls to align your enery, the grounding music of the Native American flute, AND an INDIVIDUAL energy clearing with the crystal merkaba.
