This is a series of aquanatal classes over a period of 2 months. You are able to book all 4 or book them individually. They are suitable for all stages of pregnancy, and there a max of 6 in each session.
It's not just for mums who want a water birth, the water can be extremely relaxing and beneficial for back and pelvic pain.
The water is heated to 32 degrees and it's in a private pool, so it's lovely and peaceful.
The dates are Sunday 5th October 2-3.15 pm £20
Thursday 30th October 5.30-6.30 pm £16
Sunday 30th November2-3.15 pm £20
Sunday 14th December 2-3.15 pm £20
