Inspired by the golden age of grand hotel nightlife, Apropos transports guests to an era of elegant soirées, jazz lounges, and lively dance halls. The evening unfolds in two captivating acts, beginning with an intimate candlelit dinner accompanied by live jazz from Seattle favorites — The Highsteppers, astrology readings, and impeccable service. As the night progresses, the atmosphere transforms into a spirited 10-piece band celebration where guests are invited onto the dance floor to enjoy funk-inspired and lively jazz standards, an indulgent dessert buffet, and a roaming scotch and brandy cart.
