We heard everyone asking for another pairing dinner so the boys put their heads together and agreed to create a Spring Inspired Pairing Dinner on Tuesday, April 8, 2025. Doors will open for cocktail hour at 5pm with dinner starting at 6pm.
Tickets will go on sale for Mug Club Members on Wednesday, March 19, 20025 at 11am. Tickets for non-Mug Club Members will go on sale on Friday, March 21 at 11am. Mug Club Member tickets will be $75 and Non-Mug Club Members will be $85. limited seating available and this dinner is anticipated to sell out, so make your reservation early!
We have partnered with Tenba Ridge Winery out of Blair, WI for this amazing event! The menu will be as follows:
Salad:
Roasted Beets & Goat Cheese Spring Green Salad with a Raspberry Champagne Vinaigrette
Appetizer:
Walleye Ravioli with a mushroom Cream Sauce & Crispy Shallots
Entree:
French Roasted Rack of Lamb with a Mint Demi-Glace, Roasted Garlic Redskin Mashed Potatoes, Brussels Sprouts with a Pomegranate Reduction
Dessert:
Molten Chocolate Lava Cake topped with an Espresso Whipped Cream sprinkled with Cocoa Nib Crunch
