SPICE is a self-empowerment, versatile, beginner/intermediate choreography dance class focusing on delayering your insecurities, learning musicality, & expanding your movement capabilities in your body. Come bring some ZEST to your WEEK!

Class will be 75 minutes - book now spots are LIMITED!

All bodies and dance experience welcomed! Please dress ready to move your body & bring your own water! SPICE is a safe space to connect with your body and new people!

14 Green Street - enter through black gate, take a sharp right towards the front of the building. Once facing the building, 2nd door on the right, up the stairs!

2 hour street parking is available until 8pm.
