April Sound Bath & Journal Session with Reanna!

Join us for an evening of sound healing, journaling and rejuvenation with Reanna Shay. As we move between seasons, it's important that we set aside time for self-love, self-reflection, & self-care. Join us in an evening off relaxation, with pure crystalline sound bowls, using frequency and vibration to alchemize the energetic body.

Please bring a yoga mat, journal, blanket, pillow, pen, water and anything to help you feel relaxed as we are held in sound alchemy surrounded by plants and life. Everyone is welcome, we look forward to seeing you soon!
