Experience Profound Relaxation and Deep Healing in this one-hour sacred sound healing energy mediation. With gentle breathwork & Sacred Sound healing vibrations from Tibetan and crystal bowls, gongs, flutes, drums, we will release stress and restore balance.
You will receive Facilitated Energy Healing that amplifies rejuvenation and helps you reconnect with your natural state of inner peace. You will also release energetic blocks and emerge feeling restored, renewed, deeply aligned and rejuvenated with better energy flow, chi, and balance.

Please arrive by 6:45 to pick your place, receive a brief personal energy attunement for the evening, and to be prepared for the 7 PM start time.
Wear comfortable clothing. Come well-hydrated, caffeinated drinks not recommended.
