April New Moon Sound Meditation

The New Moon marks a beginning. It is a quieter, darker phase in the lunar cycle, inviting intention setting. Energy naturally turns inward during this time, making it an ideal moment to rest, and plant seeds for the next season. This 75-minute New Moon Sound Meditation is designed to support nervous system regulation, and intentional energy alignment.

We begin with gentle breathwork and or subtle movement to open the body and clear stagnant energy. Then you’ll be guided into a sound meditation that supports grounding and inner awareness. Sound during the New Moon helps quiet mental noise and creates space for intention to arise naturally. The steady vibrations encourage yin energy, supporting rest, receptivity, and a sense of inner steadiness. Rather than forcing goals or outcomes, this practice allows intentions to form from a grounded and embodied place.

Classes are small and intimate, creating a quiet, supportive environment without large crowds. You’ll be resting on the floor with a yoga mat and blankets. Participants are encouraged to bring their own mat, blankets, pillows, eye masks, or any personal comfort items. If you need different accommodations, please reach out in advance.

Please arrive hydrated and on time. Doors will be locked at the class start time to protect the container of the experience. This class is accessible to all levels and does not require prior experience with meditation or sound healing.
