About Mark Mills,

Mark R. Mills has dedicated his career to empowering leaders in business, politics, and public affairs, helping them expand their impact, influence, and voice for the common good.

Since 2008, he has collaborated with business, civic, and professional organizations across diverse markets—including Orlando, San Diego, and Belize—developing customized leadership engagement and communications training to prepare future civic and public leaders. His programs have influenced nearly 36 million people, with graduates serving in elected and appointed positions at local and state levels.

Mark’s experience includes serving as a public relations consultant, leadership communications trainer, and media strategist, nearly a decade as Communications Director for U.S. Senator Connie Mack (FL), and leadership roles in the U.S. Senate Republican Conference. He has also led messaging strategies for numerous political campaigns, including a historic Florida referendum.

A native of Ohio, Mark holds a B.A. in Political Science from Ohio University and a Master’s in Theological/Christian Studies. He has also taught Ethics at the collegiate level.

An outdoor enthusiast, he and his wife—an educator for children with hearing loss—enjoy time with their two grown sons, daughter-in-law, granddaughter, and granddog.
