Are you ready to hone your Acroyoga skills? This intermediate series will give you all the tools to explore L-Base flows and washing machines. The six week / six session series will enable you to flow smoothly in skills like ninja star, four step, and corkscrew (pictured), and teach you how to dissect L-Base skills you find online so you can safely continue to explore more acro.
The six-class series is taught by Bryce Hodgkinson and Tereza Janikova, who have been teaching acroyoga for a combined 9 years, and practicing for a combined 20.
Classes are held in a facility with soft mats. The only equipment we require you to bring are your favourite athletic clothing and water.
You're welcome to sign up with friends or by yourself!
Times: 8PM to 9:30PM, Thursdays, April 3, 10, 24, May 1, 8, and 15. Note there is no class on April 17 because it is the day before the Calgary Acroyoga Festival and we want to give everyone a chance to rest. Note facebook sometimes changes the start time of events we create - the time written in this description is correct.
