APRIL Hike With Her (WLW)

NOVIAS is back on the trail 🌿✨

Join us for our monthly All-Women Hike—this time taking on the Noland Trail in Newport News.

We’re stepping it up with a full 5-mile loop, so come ready for a bit of a challenge and a lot of reward. Think fresh air, real connection, and that feel-good energy that comes from pushing yourself just a little further 💪🏾🌸

All fitness levels are welcome—but be prepared to pace yourself and embrace the journey.
