About this Event
Get your daughter ready for the experience for the summer! Girls In Sport Alberta's camp gives girls an inspiring and confidence-building multi-sport experience that not only introduces them to a range of sports, fostering the development of diverse sport-specific skills, but also instills confidence, competence and motivation. We introduce girls ages 5-12 to many different sports such as ultimate frisbee, soccer, basketball, flag rugby, volleyball, flag football and much more. Each of these sports are taught by experience coaches that strive to create a safe girl-friendly environment. We integrate confidence building activities during the day, crafts and group games to make sure they leave enjoying every moment.

Your typical day will look like this:
9:30 - 9:45 am: Arrival & Check-in
9:45 - 10:00 am: Group/Warm Up Games
10:00 - 10:20 am: Team Building
10:30 - 11:15 am: Sport #1/ Sport #2
11:15 - 11:20 am: Rotation & Water Break
11:20 - 12:05 am: Sport #1/ Sport #2
12:05 - 12:20 pm: Lunch
12:20 - 12:25 pm: Clean Up Lunch/Set up for the Afternoon
12:25 - 1:10 pm: Confidence Chat & Craft
1:10 – 1:55 pm: Sport #3
2:00 – 2:50 pm: Wide Games
2:50 - 3:00 pm: Wrap Up !
