We’ve chosen this our theme, for what it’s worth.
Vernacular dance and Shakespeare—do they meet?
They do this April! Come, behold the feat!
Thou’lt find a night with moments swung and sweet,
With music and with merriment replete!
Fear not the theme, nor think it strange or grave—
We vow a night of dance thou’lt dearly crave!
We'll start our night with a 6-count swing dance lesson that is welcome to all to join -- no partner or experience necessary, followed by social dancing to some of our DJ's favorite tunes. Around 11pm, we'll have a quick blues dance lesson followed by dancing to DJ'd blues music until midnight, so come ready to dance all night!
⏲️ Schedule :
7:00 pm - 8:00 pm : Beginner lesson
8:00 pm - 11:00 pm : Open social dancing
11:00 pm - midnight : Blues power hour w/ flash blues lesson
